We, in our Shipping Policy, are here to explain you the modes of shipping the ordered parcels at your location and several expected and unexpected cases that may show up in the middle of nowhere.

We have the facility of two kinds of shipping, namely Registered AirMail and DHL Shipping. The Registered AirMailĀ  is the default one that needs little payment and will take not more than 3 to 5 days in case of domestic orders and between 5 and 7 days in case of international delivery. The DHL Shipping will take around 2 to 3 days in case of domestic orders and 3 to 5 days for international orders. The DHL Shipping is the costly approach to consider.

We do not ship on weekends and public holidays. Therefore, orders that are made only during the weekdays would be dispatched soon. The rest orders, if made during the holidays, would be processed the next working day.

One must wait for the recommended days before they approach us for complain. In general, the products do reach their destination on time. But due to several factors, they might not, and so we suggest to be patient and wait for few more days. Also, make sure that you or somebody else is present at the mentioned postal address. If nobody is there then the parcel will be kept for few more days at the post office of your local area. You will have to go fetch it, else they return back the product to us.

Some countries have strict import norms, so they either charge higher cost than average or do not allow importing the products at all that we sell. Hence, it is better that you go through your country's norms in advance before ordering anything, because practically we cannot know about all the countries in the world. This will save your time and money.

Our shipping charges do not cover the cost your country/state/local area tends to collect from you in addition. That only involves the shipping from our country/state to your country/state. Rest is all up to the post office you seek for the product's arrival. If you refuse to pay them their cost, they may refuse to give you your package, and won't be held liable for the same.

Some (possibly unprepared) circumstances might arise, and would be beyond our control. Our processing therefore may get delayed, if these ever occur. There could be earthquake, tsunami, flood, drought, famine, war, curfew, riots, fire, explosion, and the list goes on. We would then wait for the situation to subside and proceed later, or return your money back in full, whichever is suitable.
